Payment Policy

Payment information is required at booking.
Orders are confirmed upon receipt of deposit or full payment.
A payment request will be sent directly.
A deposit is required at booking and full payment is due 24 hours prior to the order date (not at pickup or delivery).

Cancellation Policy

If you cancel 5 or more days before the pick-up/delivery date, a full refund will be given.
If less than 5 days, a $25 cancellation fee will apply.
If 48 hours or less, no refund will be provided.
Orders not paid 24 hours prior to the order date are subject to cancellation and the deposit will not be refunded.
